DIGIWind – Digital Masters of Wind and Energy Systems - new fields of study, specialised courses at Gdansk University of Technology.
The overarching goal of the project is to provide professionals equipped with advanced digital skills, covering the key capability areas identified under the Digital Europe programme, such as High -Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and to establish them as essential digital skills in every engineering discipline.
There is evidence that certain gaps exist between the competencies taught at higher education institutions and what is currently needed by the industry. This gap is especially pronounced when it comes to advanced digital skills!
We would like to reshape our educational offerings to reflect this situation and close the skills gap. Our aim is to develop new Life Long Learning programs as well as university degree programs at Master's and M.Sc. levels.
